3-2-97 - The first update for 1997. I am currently in
the middle of a rewrite of the whole code.
This is progressing nicely and the version that
I have at the moment has not produced *any*
enforcer hits or crashes during testing.
There has also been added a selection window
to pop up for the WBStartup programs via a hotkey
And I am currently in the middle of a routine that
will provide system wide file notification.
And the list modes have been finished.
An update will be made available once the
program is back to the functionality of before.
